Consultation & measurements
We discuss goals, room conditions, and any concerns (noise, pets, moisture, kids, heavy furniture), then take measurements.
Scope & estimate
You receive a clear plan: materials, prep needs, transitions, trim work, removal, and timeline—so you know what’s included.
Scheduling
We coordinate start dates and access details. If the space is occupied, we plan staging to keep your home functional.
Preparation
Protection for adjacent surfaces, subfloor checks, leveling/repairs if needed, and layout planning (including direction and pattern).
Installation
We install to manufacturer guidelines, maintain clean lines at walls and thresholds, and ensure correct expansion and underlayment.
Finish & walkthrough
Final touches: baseboards/transitions, cleanup, and a walkthrough. We’ll share care recommendations for your new floor.
Aftercare guidance
We provide practical maintenance tips—like felt pads, floor-safe cleaners, and humidity considerations for wood products.
